Welcome to Lind Digital! My name is Donna Lind and I am a freelance photographer in Northwest Indiana.

I studied photography and fine art at Indiana State University. For the past thirty years I have enjoyed such opportunities as working in a professional photo studio darkroom, freelancing for a newspaper and photographing on-location portraits.

My approach is simple. I love to capture people, places and events as they are. I believe people are most comfortable in a setting that is familiar to them and when people are comfortable, they create the best photographs. I call my work "on-location" photography because I do not work in a studio. Sometimes my photo shoots become little adventures. A stack of tires at a playground becomes a wonderful frame for a beautiful face. A snow-covered swing in a wintry park becomes a great prop for playing in the snow. A hidden creek littered with large stones off the path becomes a whimsical place to kick off the shoes and splash in the water. A golf course at sunset becomes a beautiful backdrop for a playful, newly married couple.

Sitting fee: $100 - includes on-location photo shoot, basic retouching and twenty proofs. All photos will be uploaded to a secure, password protected on-line gallery for viewing, sharing and reprint ordering.

Event Photography - $100 per hour. Includes recording your event for a pre-determined time frame and basic retouching of photographs. All photos will be uploaded to a secure, password protected on-line gallery for viewing, sharing and reprint ordering.
